Jupiter collects and stores limited operational data required for functionality. This includes Server IDs for configuration settings, User IDs for profiles, playlists, and access controls, command usage statistics (message content is never stored), and music activity logs limited to player lifecycle events. All data is stored using SQLite3 and retained until a deletion request is submitted.
Jupiter offers optional enhancements through vote-locked features via Top.gg, and direct paid access options including No Prefix Access and Vote Bypass. Pricing details and feature availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Jupiter is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or error-free performance. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
The development team reserves the right to blacklist users or servers, remove Jupiter from any server, and restrict or revoke access to any feature. These actions may be taken at any time, with or without prior notice, in response to abuse, violations of these Terms, or behavior deemed harmful to the service or its users.
Jupiter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, or any content played through the bot. Use of Jupiter is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Jupiter following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
